About returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products other than defective products. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items. We do not accept cancellations or changes to the order details after the order has been placed.

In the unlikely event that the product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product so that we can replace it.

Items that show signs of wear or are not in the same condition as when delivered, including packaging, will not be eligible for return or exchange for any reason.
