Direct store and online store closure period

Regarding orders placed through the online store, we will accept orders even during the holiday period.

About Shipping
Orders placed by 15:00 on Saturday, December 28th will be shipped within the year.
Orders placed after this date will be shipped from Saturday, January 4th.

About inquiries
We will respond to calls and emails received up until 5:00 PM on Saturday, December 28th on the same day. Inquiries received after that will be handled sequentially from Saturday, January 4th.
