Returns and Exchanges
We will not accept any returns for any reason after purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sale items. We do not accept cancellations or changes to orders after they have been placed.
If there is a problem with the product, we will replace it, so please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
If there are signs of wear, or if the item is not in the same condition as when it was delivered, including the packaging, it will not be eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Sale items may have minor scratches, loose threads, uneven weaving, etc., which are considered to be in good condition. If you are looking for items in perfect condition, we recommend purchasing them at the regular price.
