Shipping costs are 880 yen (tax included) nationwide. Free shipping for purchases over 25,000 yen. Shipping to Okinawa Prefecture is 2,200 yen (tax included).

About delivery
Once your order is placed, it will be delivered within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and the New Year's holiday period). Delivery may be delayed depending on inventory availability, weather, delivery company, and traffic conditions. All orders are shipped by Yamato Transport or Japan Post. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track the delivery status of your order on the respective company's website.

Regarding delivery date and time specifications
Currently, we are unable to accept online requests for delivery dates or time slots. Please contact the delivery company yourself using the tracking number we will send you via email after your order has been shipped.

Regarding long-term absence and refusal to receive delivery
Please be sure to receive the products we send you as it is your responsibility. The delivery company's storage period is approximately one week from the date of shipment. If you are unable to receive the product within this period and it is returned, we will charge you 4,400 yen for the round-trip shipping fee and necessary expenses. We may also be forced to restrict your use of this website.
