about shipping cost
The shipping fee will be 880 yen (tax included) nationwide.
For delivery to Okinawa Prefecture, a shipping fee of 2,200 yen (tax included) will be charged.

About delivery
After your order is completed, it will be shipped within 3-4 business days. Shipping may be delayed due to a high volume of orders or due to shipping issues. Please note. Delivery may be delayed during busy seasons, year-end and New Year holidays, bad weather, etc.

About delivery date and time specification
Currently, we are unable to accept delivery date and time specifications online. Please contact the shipping company yourself using the tracking number sent to you via email after shipping.


Regarding long-term absence/rejection of receipt
It is the customer's responsibility to receive the sent products. The delivery company's storage period is approximately one week from the shipping date.

If the item is not received within the storage period and is returned, we will charge the round trip shipping fee and necessary expenses of 4,400 yen. We also have no choice but to restrict the use of this website.
